摘要
涂片镜检是一项基础的检验手段,应用广泛,操作简便、快速、准确,很多疾病及其标本通过涂片染色或不染色进行显微镜检查而获得阳性结果,有些具有决定性的诊断价值。本文就如何发挥涂片镜检对肺部疾病的诊断作用进行综述。
Smear examination is a routine approach with simple, fast and correct properties. Many diseases can get positive results under microscopy by staining or without staining. This article reviewed and suggested how to make full use of the diagnostic values of smear examination in lung disease.
