摘要
详细介绍了600MW超临界汽轮发电机组调试过程中,在油系统、调节保安系统,凝结水系统和轴系振动等方面发生的多个异常情况。通过现场计算分析和故障诊断,或者通过更改相应部分的设计,消除了上述故障或隐患,保证机组顺利完成168小时试运转,提高了机组的安全稳定性,上述成功的经验可供同类机组启动调试时借鉴和参考。
The subject of this study is to expound the abnormal issues occurred in lubrication oil system, control & protecting system, condensate water system and shafting vibration. The failure and hidden troubles mentioned above are eliminated by on-site calculation analysis and fault diagnosis, or by applying some revised design, so that the unit has passed the 168 trial operation successfully with good safety and stability. The above successful experience can be regarded as an example for commissioning in same kind of units.
