摘要
本文综述了大孔吸附树脂的性能、分离原理、吸附作用的影响因素、使用过程(包括树脂的预处理、上样、洗脱和再生方法)及其在天然产物分离中的应用。
The features, principles, factors influencing absorption and the process of using （including pretreatment,loading,elution and regeneration） of the macroporous absorbed resin were expounded in this article. And it＇s application in research of natural product was introduced.
