摘要
比较 9种不同型号大孔吸附树脂对大豆异黄酮的吸附性质 ,从中筛选出效果较好的LSA 8型树脂进行吸附动力学及热力学特性的研究 ,得到该树脂在不同温度下对大豆异黄酮的吸附等温线和以大豆异黄酮原液浓度及时间为参数的吸附动力学曲线方程。
Macrophorous resin LSA 8 was selected by comparing the properties of absorption and desorption of 9 types of macroporous resins for soybean isoflavones The absorption kinetics and thermodynamics of resin LSA 8 for soybean isoflavones were also studied It had been found that the absorption isotherms at different temperatures could be described with equations Langmuir and Freundlich and the absorption kinetics equations with initial concentration and time
