静脉注射利多卡因抑制芬太尼所致咳嗽反应的临床观察

摘要 目的观察静脉预先注射利多卡因对全麻诱导期间不同剂量芬太尼所致咳嗽反应的抑制作用。方法120例需全身麻醉下行择期手术的患者,随机分为利多卡因Ⅰ组(利多卡因1.5mg/kg加芬太尼3μg/kg)、Ⅱ组(利多卡因1.5mg/kg加芬太尼5μg/kg)和对照Ⅰ组(生理盐水5ml加芬太尼3μg/kg)、Ⅱ组(生理盐水5 ml加芬太尼5μg/kg),观察4组芬太尼注射后的咳嗽发生率及程度。结果对照Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组患者的咳嗽发生率分别为53.33%和66.67%,利多卡因Ⅰ、Ⅱ组静脉预先注射利多卡因1.5 mg/kg后,芬太尼诱导的咳嗽发生率分别降低至20%和26.67%,明显低于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,两组无咳嗽比较差异有高度显著性(P均<0.01)。结论预先静脉注射利多卡因可有效降低麻醉诱导期间芬太尼所致咳嗽的发生率。
