摘要
正义战争理论是近代国际法的重要基础,战争影像与战争正义性建构关系密切。本文提出战争影像应包含各种传递有关战争信息的图像样式,并基于近现代正义战争理论,简要讨论了战争影像与开战正义、交战正义建构的关系,涉及战争影像的真实性、战争影像与科学主义、战争影像与正义双向性,以及个人化战争影像新的传播方式与既有战争正义性建构模式的互动。
The theory on just war is the important base for contemporary international law.The construction of war-image and that of the just war doctrine are closely related.The present paper points out that the war-image should include different kinds of image to transmit the war information.Based on the theory on justice modern wars,it also discusses on the relationship between war-image and war justice as well as war justice doctrine,the reality of images,the relationship between war-image and scientism,bi-directional justice,and the interaction between personal war-images and the existing mode of justice construction.
