摘要
高校教师激励机制是现代大学制度的核心。收入、人力资本、权力和压力因素是影响高校教师激励机制的主要因素,文章分析了高校教师激励制度被扭曲与不健全的深层原因,提出了突破目前高校教师激励机制所面临的困境的可行路径,以期实现高校人才资源和人力资本的积累与合理配置。
Incentive mechanism of university teachers is the core of the modern university system. Theincome, the human capital, the authority and the pressure are the main factors that affect the university teachers" incentive mechanism. The article analyzes the reasons in depth which make the system distorted and not perfect, and advances the possible way out to breakthrough the dilemma the incentive mechanism of university tutors are faced with, hoping to achieve the the human capital accumulation and the reasonable disposition.
