摘要
目的探讨超声检测肝纤维化胆囊壁厚度与门静脉压力变化的关系。方法40只家兔口服硫代乙酰胺建立肝纤维化动物模型,在肝纤维化不同阶段,超声检测胆囊壁厚度及穿刺门静脉测量肝纤维化不同阶段门静脉压力。结果家兔肝纤维化阶段时胆囊壁增厚,同时门静脉内压力随着肝纤维化程度加重,呈逐渐升高趋势,且肝纤维化S2~S4期与S0期比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),胆囊壁厚度与门静脉压力间具有显著正相关(P〈0.01,r=0.799)。结论肝纤维化时胆囊壁厚度与门静脉压力有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between gallbladder wall thickness and portal venous pressure changes on experimental hepatic fibrosis. Methods Hepatic fibrosis models were made in 40 domestic rabbits by thioacetamide. Portal venous pressure and gallbladder wall thickness were measured by ultrasound on different stages of hepatic fibrosis. Results The gallbladder wall became thickening and portal venous pressure was increased with the development of hepatic fibrosis . There was significantly differences between stage S2 - S4 and stage S0. Gallbladder wall thickness was positively correlated with portal venous pressure( P 〈 0.01, r = 0. 799). Conclusion Gallbladder wall thickness is related to portal venous pressure on experimental hepatic fibrosis.
