摘要
对含铌Si-Al-Mn TRIP钢在800℃两相区退火和400℃贝氏体区等温处理,试样进行了力学和成形极限图(FLD)实验.分析了常规力学参数对成形极限平面应变特征点(FLD0)的影响.结果表明,实验钢的FLD0值为59%,表现出良好的成形性;随着延伸率δ、强塑积(σb×δ)、应变硬化指数n和塑性应变比r值的上升,FLD0具有上升的趋势.n值对FLD0的影响最为显著,r值对FLD0的影响较小.
Si-Al-Mn TRIP Steel with niobium was annealed in two phase region at 800℃ and isothermally treated in bainite region at 400 ℃. Effects of conventional mechanical properties on the FLDo were analyzed. The results showed that the value of FLDo of experimental steel is 59%, which indicates it has fine formability. The value of FLD0 was increased with total elongation (8), strength-ductility product (σb×δ), strain harden exponent (n) and plastic strain ratio (r) increasing. Among these factors, the effect of strain harden exponent (n) is significant, but that of plastic strain ratio (r) is relatively small.
