摘要
应变硬化是金属和合金十分重要的力学性能之一,相变诱发塑性钢(TRIP钢)由于应变诱发马氏体相变,导致材料具有很高的硬化率d/σdε,硬化曲线与其他高强度钢有显著不同,硬化指数与应变的关系曲线呈抛物线形。通过实验分析,揭示了硬化率随应变的增加而增大是TRIP钢具有高强度和塑性的原因;硬化指数的变化与TRIP钢的硬化曲线和马氏体转变动力学有关。
Strain hardening is a most important mechanics for metal and alloy. The TRIP steel has very high hardening ratio dσ/dε because of strain induced martensite transforms. The hardening curve is different from other high strength steels metal and the hardening exponent has an analogous parabola shape with strain. The TRIP steel has very high strength and plasticity for its hardening ratio increasing with strain increasing, and the hardening exponent of the TRIP steel has relations with the hardening curve and the martensite transform kinetics.
