摘要
本研究应用目前国内临床常用的四种灌注液（生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液及相加平衡盐液），采用兔眼活体前房灌注的方式，比较观察了角膜厚度、内皮细胞表面形态及其超微结构的改变。实验结果表明，在９０分钟前房灌注过程中，四种灌注液对角膜内皮的损伤作用由大到小依次是：生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液、相加平衡盐液。
he effect of four anterior chamber irrigating solutions (09% sterile isotonic physiological saline,natrii chloridum Co.,natrii lactas Co.,balanced salt solution plus)which often adopted clinically in our country on the corneal thickness、corneal endothelial cell pattern,and its ultrastructure were evaluated by means of perfusing the anterior chamber of rabbits in vivo during 90 minuts,The experimental results suggest that the four irrigating solutionsphysiological saline,natrii chloridum Co.,natrii lactas Co.,balanced salt solution plus have the decreased damaged effects on the corneal endothelium in turn.
