摘要
采用活体前房灌注的方式比较了目前国内临床上常用的４种前房灌注液（生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液及相加平衡盐液）对兔眼角膜厚度的影响。在９０ｍｉｎ的连续灌注过程中，分别测量３０，６０，９０ｍｉｎ时角膜厚度的变化，将结果进行直线回归分析，计算出生理盐水、复方氯化钠液、复方乳酸钠液及相加平衡盐液的角膜平均增厚率分别为６９．８９μｍ／ｈ，５８．４４μｍ／ｈ，３９．２８μｍ／ｈ及１３．６８μｍ／ｈ。提示相加平衡盐液对角膜内皮功能影响最小。
The effect of four anterior chamber irrigating solutions(0.9% sterile isotonic physiological saline,natrii chloridum Co.,natrii lactas Co.and balanced salt solution plus),which are often used clinically,on corneal thickness was evaluated by means of irrigating the anterior chamber of rabbits in vivo.During 90 minutes'irrigation,the changes in corneal thickness were measured at the 30th,60th and 90th minutes.The results,which were analysed by regression lines,showed that perfused separately with the above four solutions,the corneal swelled at the rates of 69.89m/h,58.41m/h,39.28m/h and 13.68m/h respectively.The results indicate that the balance salt solution plus has the least effect on the function of the corneal endothelium.
