摘要
目的观察依巴斯汀和澳能乳膏联合使用对慢性湿疹皮炎的疗效。方法观察组70例,对照组65例。观察组采用依巴斯汀10mg,1次/d,外用澳能乳膏2次/d,连续3周;对照组外用澳能乳膏2次/d,连续3周。观察3周患者症状、体征。结果观察组总有效率94.3%,对照组总有效率87.5%,经统计学处理,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论依巴斯汀和澳能乳膏联合使用是治疗慢性湿疹皮炎的有效方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of using Ebastine and Halometasone cream jointly on treating chronic eczema and neurodermatitis. Methods Divide the patients into two groups：Observation Group （70 paitients ）and Contrast Group （65 paitients）. Use Ebastine （ 10mg each time, once a day） and halomatasone cream（ twice a day） jointly to treat the patients in the Observation Group for 3 weeks. Use halomatasone cream （ twice a day ） to treat the patients in the Contrast Group for 3 weeks. Observer the changes in the patients＇ condition during the 3 weeks. Results A 94.3 percent cure rate in the observation group. A 87.5 percent cure rate in the contrast group.Statistical evidence： P 〈 0.01 .It has been proved statistically that there is a marked difference beteen the two groups. Conclusion It＇s an effective way to use Ebastine and Halometasone cream jointly for treating chronic eczema and neurodermatitis.
