摘要
目的:观察依巴斯汀联合曲尼司特治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:86例患者随机分成两组,治疗组口服依巴斯汀和曲尼司特,对照组口服依巴斯汀,疗程4周,观察疗效,记录不良反应。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为84.8%和70.0%,治疗4周后两组积分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。结论:依巴斯汀联合曲尼斯特治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好,安全可靠。
Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Ebastine combined with Tranilast in treating chronic urticaria. Methods： 86 cases were divided into two groups. The patients in study group were treated with ebastine and tranilast, and the control group with ebastine only. Results： The efficacy rates of study group and the control group were 84.4 % and 70.0% respectively. There was significant difference of severity scores between two groups after 4 weeks＇ treatment （ P 〈 0.001）. Conclusion： Ebastine combined with tranilast is an effective and safe method in treating chronic urticaria.
