摘要
目的了解曲尼司特治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法52例患者随机分为应用曲尼司特治疗(观察组)30例和应用益酸赛庚啶治疗(对照组)22例,并进行疗效观察。结果观察组治疗1周,4周后总有效率为70%和对照组为18%和45%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论口服曲尼司特治疗慢性荨麻疹近期疗效较为确切。
Objective To leam the curative effect of chronic urticaria treated with tranilast. Methods 52 cases of such patient were divided into observe group （30 cases） which treated with tranilast and control group （22 cases） which treated with cyproheptadine. The results were compared. Results After 1,4 weeks＇ treatment the total effective rate were 70 % in observe group and 18 % and 45 % in control group with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The short - term curative effect should be sure for tranilast to treat chronic urticaria.
