摘要
针对某微型车在发动机转速1 500~2 000 r/min时,空调开启导致车内存在强烈异响的问题进行了试验研究。通过近场测量、分别运转和阶次分析等方法,确定空调开启时车内异响主要是由于空调系统高压管与车身刚性连接导致振动传递引起。通过采取高压铝管改成橡胶软管、改变高压管与车身连接方式等措施,使异响问题得到解决。
This paper studies the strong abnormal noises caused by air conditioner with the engine speed between 1 500 r/min and 2 000 r/min.Through near-field measurement,separate operation and order analysis,it is found that the abnormal noises are mainly caused by the vibration from rigid connection of air conditioner high pressure pipe with vehicle body.The abnormal noise is finally eliminated by using rubber hose instead of aluminium pipe and changing the connection with the body.
