摘要
谷氨酸发酵的一步冷冻等电点废液含有丰富的有机物,可作为微生物的营养。采用新型的气升式生物反应器、热带假丝酵母新菌株直接生产高浓度的单细胞蛋白(饲料蛋白),同时降低了废水中COD74.7%,pH从3.2上升到6.0~6.5。该技术不仅有经济效益,而且有良好的环境效益和社会效益。
The liquid waste from production of monosodium glulamate by one-step method of freezing isoelectric point precipitation, is rich in organic substances that can be used as nutrient for microorganisms. In an air-lift fermentation reactor developed by our institute, the yeast Candida tropicalist can produce SCP, and eliminate COD in the liquid waste about 74.7% after cultivation of the yeast. The pH value of the liquid waste raises from 3.2 to 6.0—6.5. So this technology can not only bring economic benefit, but also positive environmental and social effect
