厌氧消化反应器运行条件的选择

摘要 研究了UBF-SBR工艺中UBF段的几个运行参数。在35℃,进水COD_(Cr)15546mg/L,NH_3-N 1214mg/L,有机容积负荷率7.55kg(COD)/m^3·d时,运行最佳。其COD_(Cr)去除率为93.9%.产气率为0.64m^3(气)/去除kg(COD),CH_4含量64%。在25℃,进水COD_(Cr)11243mg/L,NH_3-N647mg/L时,最佳有机容积负荷率为5.46kg(COD)/m'·d,CODCr去除率为gi.4%,产气率为().59ffi‘(气)/去除率kg(COD),CH4含量为57.59b。两者出水PH均在7.5左右。对两种温度运行的热量平衡进行了系统计算、综合比较上述几个运行参数.35℃的运行参数优于25℃的。 Several operating parameters of UBF-SBR process have been studied. Under 35℃, when influent COD was 15546mg/l, NH3-N 1214mg/l, and organic volumetric loading rate 6.44kg COD/m3d was optimum. The removal rate of COD was 93.9%, rate of biogas yield 0.64m3 for removing a kg COD, and CH4 content 64%. Under 25℃, when influent COD was 11243mg/l, NH3-N 647mg/l and the optimal organic volumetric loading rate was 5.46kg COD/m3d. The removal rate of COD was 91.4%, rate of biogas yield 0.59 for removing a kg COD, and CH4 content was 57.5%, the effluent pH value under 35℃ and 25℃ were both about 7.5. The energy balance of two different temperature systems have been calculated and compared. It was concluded that the operating parameters under 35℃ was better than under 25℃.
