摘要
目的:对药典清热解毒口服液金银花、连翘薄层鉴别方法的改进:测定清热解毒口服液中绿原酸的含量。方法:对提取方法、展开剂进行改进;以Kromasil C18柱,乙腈0.4%磷酸(10:90)为流动相,柱温(23±0.1)℃于327nm测定清热解毒口服液中绿原酸的含量。结果:提取方法简单,简化了操作过程,薄层鉴别结果斑点清晰;绿原酸在0.0100～0.1000mg/mL内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.8%(RSD=1.3%)。结论:改进后的方法准确性高,重现性好,简便、易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objectiv：Toimprove an qualitative method for Thin-layer chromatograph of Qingrejiedu oral solution; To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Qingrejiedu oral solution. Methods：TLC was selected as a method for the identification of Qingrejiedu oral solution;The operation was carried out in the Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of a mixtue of acetonitre-0.4% phosphoric acid（10：90v/v）,in which the flow rate of 1.0mL/min and UVdetection wavelength 327nm were set to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid in Qingrejiedu oral solution. ResultS：The effect of separation in the method is good,simple,rapid and accurate; A good linearityof chlorogenic acid was obtained in the range of 0.0100~0.1000mg/mL,the mean recovery98.8% （RSD=1.3%）. Conclusion：The results showed this method is accurate,reproducible,simple and easy.Itcan be used for the quality control of this drug.
