摘要
[目的]探讨婴幼儿采血的新途径。[方法]将200例婴幼儿注射器股静脉采血(常规组)与200例婴幼儿一次性真空采血针颈静脉采血(改进组)的效果进行比较。[结果]改进组一次穿刺成功率、血液标本质量及采血时间等均优于常规组。[结论]采用一次性真空采血针进行颈静脉采血的方法简单、方便、快捷、易掌握。
Objective： To Probe into a new way for blood collecting for infants. Methods： To compare the effect of blood collecting from femoral vein by injector for 200 infants （as control group） and from jugular vein by applying disposable vacuum blood collecting needle for another 200 infants （as test group）. Results：In terms of the puncture achievement ratio,quality of blood specimen and blood collecting time of test group were better than that of control group. Conclusion：Collecting blood from jugular vein by applying disposable vacuum blood collecting needle for infants is simple, convenient, and fast. Yet, it is easy to grasp.
