组织多普勒显像、应变和应变率成像对心房功能评价 被引量:1

摘要 心房通过其储存器、管道和加压泵功能,优化分配心室血液充盈,是对发生在房室间血流动力学异常的潜在重要响应。左房泵功能的增强可以抵消一些患者左室顺应性下降导致的舒张早期充盈减少,而心房收缩功能的降低,如房颤、心室起搏等,则可使心输出量减少约15%-20%。
