摘要
左心房主要有储存器、通道和助力泵3个功能。在生理及各种病理状态下,尤其是左心室舒张功能障碍时,左心房通过上述3个功能调节左心室充盈和心血管功能。超声心动图技术可以方便、准确、全面地评价左心房功能,是评价左心房功能最常用的方法,本文就其临床应用价值予以综述。
The left atrium serves as a distensible reservoir for blood stored during left ventricular systole, a conduit for pulmonary venous flow during early left ventricular diastole, and as a booster pump augmenting left ventricular filling during late diastole. Through the three functions, left atrium modulates left ventricular filling and cardiovascular performance. Echocardiography can evaluate left atrial function conveniently, accurately and thoroughly ,it is the most useful method for assessment of left atrial function. This article summarized the clinical application value of echocardiography in evaluation of left atrial function.
