摘要
本文对企业技术创新体系和内部机制进行了分析。在此基础上、对我国国有大中型企业的技术创新管理进行了探讨 。
In this paper the firm's innovation system and its internal mechanism have been discussed.Based on this,it explores some important issues in technological innovation management for large & medium state owned enterprises.It also argues that the government should play an essential role in establishing and improving firm's innovation system and mechanism.
