摘要
通过分析当前实施CDM过程中出现的问题,提出了相应的改进措施和建议,旨在推动CDM的实施。
Through analyzing the problems occurring in the course of implementing CDM at present, this paper puts forward some corresponding improvement measures and suggestions for promoting the implementation of CDM.
