摘要
本文综合分析了科研企业建立人才储备机制的现状和意义,从而就科研企业建立人才储备机制提出切实可行的方法以及应注意的事项。
This paper analyzes the status and significance of the establishment of the mechanism for personnel reserve and put forward a realistic and practical approach as well as some problems that should be paid attention to.
