摘要
本文分别从静电技术对酒和醋的人工老熟、对酱油、食品和农产品的灭菌处理、对酿酒酵母菌的诱变、静电涂敷技术在食品加工中的应用和对食品或农产品的保鲜的角度,综述了现代静电技术在食品和农产品加工中的应用。并对今后的应用提出建议。
This paper summarized the application of modem electrostatic technology in processing of food and agricultural products, such as killing bacteria in soy sauce, food and agricultural products, mutagenizing Saccharomycete cerevisiae electrostatic coating technology uesd in processing of food, and keeping food and agricultural products fresh. Meanwhile, some proposals were proposed on the application of modem electrostatic technology.
