摘要
介绍了一种高精度多路温度采集模块,论述了该系统的实现方案的基础上,进行了信号输入测量电路、A/D转换电路及热电偶冷端温度补偿电路的系统硬件电路的设计,并采取独立供电措施及信号光耦隔离设计来增加系统的抗干扰性能及稳定性。设计中采用精度高、具有片内PGA的模数转化器CS5522,实现了多信号智能输入,简化了电路设计,结合软件程序进行误差修正,保证了测量精度。对温度采集模块的性能进行了测试,实验结果表明:系统设计比较合理,精度较高,达到预期效果。
This paper presented the high precision multichannel temperature sample module and the system scheme, on this basic designed the system hardware circuit, which is consist of: signal input measurement circuit, A/D conversion circuit, cold junction temperature compensation measurement circuit, also provided power circuit and optically coupled isolation circuit to improve interference immunity and stability. The system design used the high precision analog-todigital converter CS5522 with a interior PGA, achieving the multiple signal intelligently input. Simplifying the circuit design, modifying the error, and guaranteeing the measurement accuracy. The performance of the temperature collectting module was tested, the result shows: the system design was reasonable with high precision, it agrees well with the anticipated objects.
