摘要
温度传感器正向单片集成化的方向发展。但目前在测量较高温度时,集成温度传感器还不能取代传统的热电偶。热电偶测量温度时应进行冷端温度补偿。由于集成温度传感器测温精度高、线性和一致性好及外围电路简单,应用其实现热电偶冷端温度的自动补偿效果好。本文分别介绍了几种应用新型集成温度传感器的热电偶冷端温度补偿电路及校准方法。
In this paper,the temperature compensation for thermocouple using several integrated temperature sensors is presented.The temperature sensor is now developing forward monolithic integratization.But now,Integrated temperature sensors can not substitute for thermocouple in measuring high temperature.In the case of that temperature is measured by the thermocouples,the temperature compensation must be carried out.Integrated temperature sensors is most suitable for the thermocouple cold-end temperature compensation.
