摘要
“3L”教学模式是上海电视大学经过不懈的探索所构建的一种适合现代远程教育的教学模式。重点阐述“管理心理学”课程在操作层面上对“3L”教学模式进行的有意探索和尝试,提出在远程教育环境下适合学生自主学习的导学策略、自学措施和助学手段。
Specifically designed for modern distance education, the Three-Learning teaching model is established through the unremitting efforts of Shanghai IV University. This paper focuses on the exploration and research in the application of Three-Learning teaching model to the course of Management Psychology and puts forward the learning-guiding strategies, methods of independent learning and channels of supported learning in accordance with the distance Learners＇ characteristics.
