摘要
碳纤维复合芯导线(ACCC导线)与常规导线相比,具有重量轻、强度高、热膨胀小、耐高温、载流量大等优点,常州供电公司110kV线路增容改造中应用ACCC导线。通过对该导线的机械性能、耐热性能、载流性能等的试验研究,以及对该导线在高温下的运行特性和输送能力的分析,表明该导线在耐高温、通容大电流和低弧垂等方面的优越性。ACCC导线特别适合用于城郊地区老线路的增容改造。
Compared to conventional conductors, ACCC with carbon fiber core has many advantages, such as light, high strength, small thermal expansion, and large transmission capacity, etc. It is chosen for Changzhou Power Supply Bureau' s 110 kV line upgrade project. Through experiment study of its mechanical properties, heat resistance, and current carrying capacity, etc., as well as operation and transmission capacity under high temperature, it is evident that it is superior in heat resistant, current carrying, and low sag. It shows that ACCC is especially suitable for aged line upgrade in suburb areas.
