摘要
当ZTACIR/AS-240导线通过额定电流(878A)、导线温度达到150℃时,接续管温度为72℃,耐张线夹温度为57℃;当导线通流量达到1 200A、导线温度稳定在210℃时,接续管温度稳定在74℃,耐张线夹温度稳定在60℃,均低于金具80℃要求;而且,当导线温度稳定在210℃,其拉断力为65kN,相当于室温强度的71%,满足使用要求。
As the rated current (878 A) passes through the ZTACIR/AS-240 conductor, the conductor temperature is up to 150 ℃, the temperature of the connecting tube is 72 ℃ and 57 ℃ for the strained clamp. As the conductor through-flow is up to 1 200 A, the conductor temperature is stabilized at 210 ℃, connecting tube at 74 ℃ and strained clamp at 60 ℃. All of them is lower than 80 ℃ required for the fittings. Also as the conductor temperature is stabilized at 210 ℃, its breakage force is 65 kN, equal to 71% of the strength at the room temperature, which has complied with the requirements for application.
