Research on plasticization of non-metallic inclusions in steel

摘要 针对以帘线钢为代表的优质线材用高碳钢非金属夹杂物塑性化难题,进行了实验室研究和生产工艺优化研究。开发了在钢液w(T.O)≤0.002%条件下,钢中非金属夹杂物的塑性化控制技术,使钢中非金属夹杂物评级系数由30以上降低至3.5以下。 Laboratory research and process optimization studies have been carried out in order to tackle the difficult problem of the plasticization of non metallic inclusions in the tire cord steel represented high carbon steel used for high quality wire rod purpose. Non metallic inclusion plasticization control technology for hot metal with w (T. O) content ≤0. 002 )/0 has been developed and as the results, the evaluation factor of the non-metallic inclusions in steel goes down from above 30 to below 3. 5.
