摘要
欧洲近代的自由主义政治哲学最早产生于英国,对于"自然权利"问题的关注成为其产生和发展理论的起点。霍布斯和洛克的政治理论正是以自然权利为依据从人的角度来界说国家和政府的产生及其存在的合法性,这可以说是近代政治哲学发展中从理论上或观念上摆脱神学-政治的最初努力。
The European neoteric liberalism political p hy was first generated in Britain, focus of attention on the ＂natural right＂ has been the theoretical start of its generation and development. Based on natural rights, Hobbes and Locke＇s political theoretics give a definition to State and Government＇s formation and the legality of the its existence from the standpoint of human being, it can be said that it is the initial efforts in the development history of neoteric political philosophy for breaking away from Theologicalpolitical either theoretically or conceptually.
