摘要
选取全国10个产烟省的28家生产基质厂的基质样品进行检测和育苗试验,并采用有代表性基质样品进行了不同有效铁含量处理的育苗试验,研究了基质中高含量有效铁对漂浮育苗的影响。结果表明:所取基质样品中有效铁含量与烟苗长势有一定的正相关性;高含量有效铁对烟苗生长影响较大,当基质有效铁含量>1000mg/kg时,易造成出苗率低、烟苗素质和成苗率下降。因此,控制基质成品中有效铁含量,对烟苗生长比较重要。
The matrix samples selected from 28 manufacturers in 10 tobacco producing provinces were inspected and tested with seedling culture, and the effect of available iron content in representative matrix on seedling growing was studied. The results showed that there was a certain positive correlation between available iron content and seedling vigor; higher available iron content affected more highly on seedling growth; however, the germination rate, seedling stand percent and seedling performance lowered when available iron content was higher than 1000 mg/kg. Therefore, it is important to control available iron content in matrix for tobacco seedling growth.
