摘要
目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍的治疗方法。方法:对60名7~12岁注意缺陷多动障碍的患儿随机分为利他林组(服用利他林)、感统组(感觉统合训练)和综合组(服用利他林并进行感觉统合训练治疗),以Conners简易多动量表为评估工具,观察2、4、6个月的疗效。结果:在2个月时,利他林组和综合组的疗效均比感统组高(P<0.05),利他林组和综合组则无差别(P>0.05);6个月时,综合组的疗效均比利他林组和感统组好(P<0.05),利他林组和感统组则无差异(P>0.05)。结论:儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的治疗以服用利他林并进行感觉统合训练的综合干预为最佳。
Objective: To study the therapy of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods: 60 children aged 7 ~ 12 were ran- domly divided into three groups: Ritalin group (taken Ritalin), sensory integration group (sensory integration training), and compesited group (taken Ritalin and sensory integration training), who were observed therapeutic effects of 2, 4, and 6 months via Conners Brief Rating Scale. Results: The therapeutic effects of Ritalin group and composited group was significant higher than sensory integration group's (P 〈 0. 05), and not significant difference between Ritalin group and composited group at 2 months ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; The therapeutic effect of composited group was significant difference better than Ritalin and sensory integration group's (P 〈 0. 05 ), and not significant difference between Ritalin group and sensory integration group at 6 months ( P 〉 0. 012 5) . Conclusion: The best therapy of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is combined intervention of taken Ritalin and sensory integration training.
