摘要
随着铁路物流企业仓库的库容量和流转量不断增加、客户的个性化需求的不断变化,要求铁路物流企业应有快速、高效处理业务的能力。因此,仓储管理信息系统成为铁路物流企业发展的必然选择。针对铁路物流企业特点,选择物流系统中的仓储业务为研究对象,运用BPR的思想进行功能重组和规划,力求最大限度地提高业务运作效率,达到提升铁路物流企业竞争力的目的。
With the increase of capacity and circulating of the railway logistics enterprises＇ warehouse and the changing requirements of consumer, it is requested that the railway logistics enterprises should posses the ability to deal with business fast, high-efficient. Therefore, it is the necessary choice for railway logistics enterprises to introduce information system of warehouse management. Focusing on the characteristics of the railway logistics enterprises, this paper studies the warehouse business of railway logistics enterprises, and plans the function of business with the idea of BPR, in order to put forward suggestions on the aim at improving business operation efficiency and advancing enterprise competitiveness.
