摘要
目前的电镀工业还广泛采用传统的PID控制技术对系统进行控制,而电镀工业的生产过程中影响因素繁多,工艺复杂,这种控制技术就逐渐显现出越来越多的不适之处。针对这种现象,一种性能更优良的控制技术的出现就显得尤为重要。采用模糊控制的方法对系统进行控制,选用同一模型、同一采样时间和相同的零初始条件,分别用传统的PID控制以及模糊控制进行仿真。通过实际数据测量分析和不同模型的比较,显现出模糊控制技术有着更好的动态特性和控制效果。
Aiming at the phenomena that the electroplating industry, still use the traditional PID control technology to control the system, and there are many complicated factors and intricate technics to affect the contol effect, it is necessary to develop a control system with higher control quality. The principle of electroplating current control using fuzzy, technology is introduced. The same model, same sample time and the same zero initial conditions are chosen to simulate both PID and fuzzy control system. By the analysis of actural metrical data and the contrast of different models, the fuzzy control system shows its particular capability in dynamic characteristics and contol effects.
