Development of Inlet Air Cooling System of Gas Turbine

摘要 燃气轮机的性能受到环境温度的影响,高温时其出力随进入燃机的空气温度升高而降低的问题可通过进气冷却来解决。提出了一种燃气轮机进气冷却系统的设计方案,介绍了一种双工况燃气轮机进气冷却系统以及使用西门子工控软件WinCC与STEP7对监控系统的设计。运行结果表明,该进气冷却系统具有显著的经济效益。 The performance of gas turbine has relation with the environmental temperature and in hot weather its output is reduced with the increase of air inlet temperature, which can be solved by means of cooling the inlet air. An designing method of the gas turbine inlet air cooling system has been proposed, an inlet air cooling system of the gas turbine with two operafing conditions has been presented, and the development of the monitoring system, which is designed by WinCC and STEP7 was introduced. The operation results show that the said inlet air cooling system to have obvious economic fits.
