丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗相关指标的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察丹蛭降糖胶囊对小剂量链脲佐菌素加高热量饮食诱导的胰岛素抵抗(IR)模型大鼠IR的改善程度,以初步明确其作用靶点。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组、西药组、中西药合用组。空白组喂以普通饲料,模型组与各治疗组注射小剂量链脲佐菌素并喂以高热量饲料,常规测定各组大鼠治疗前后的体质量、空腹血糖和治疗后各组大鼠的空腹血清胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),测定各组血脂、血浆抵抗素水平。结果经丹蛭降糖胶囊治疗后,模型大鼠体质量明显减轻,饮水量减少,自发活动增加,对外界敏感性增强,空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素水平降低,脂代谢紊乱状况改善,ISI提高,抵抗素的过度分泌明显改善。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病大鼠IR有显著的改善作用,提示其机制可能与抑制抵抗素的过度分泌有关。 Objective It is to observe the improvement of tDanzhi Jiangtang capsule (DJC) for insulin resistance (IR) in rat models of IR induced by small dosage of STZ plus high caloric diet, so to identify its functional target point. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, low and high dosage of Chinese medicine groups, western medicine group, Chinese and western medicine group. Blank group was fed with common feed, model group and every treatment group were given small dosage of STZ plus high caloric diet. Body weight, FBG, Fins, plasma phylaxin and serum fat were determined before and after treatment and computer ISI. Results After the treatment with DJC, the model rats' body weight and their water drinking decreased, spontaneous movement, ISI and sensitivity outside increased, the levels of FBG and Fins lowed down, lipid disorders and over excretion of phylaxin were improved. Conclusion DJC has a obvious improving function on IR in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which indicates that its mechanism may be related with the inhibition for over excretion of phylaxin.
