阐述了实验室在技术创新中的重要性;用二个例子说明实验室是许多著名科学家和工程师们至关重要的、施展才能的基地。特别强调了自制实验仪器设备和改善实验室技术人员现有状况的重要意义。
This article illustrates the importance of laboratories in the process of technology innovation. The author used two examples to demonstrate that laboratories have served as critical training ground for many well-known scientists and engineers. The importance of self-made instruments and equipments and the improvement of the present status for experimental ranks were emphasized.
