摘要
在分析了华能伊敏电厂二期2×600 MW机组原辅机故障减负荷(RB)控制设计的基础上,针对风扇磨煤机卷吸用于干燥的高温炉烟温度过高,调节磨煤机出口温度的冷风调节能力有限,导致磨煤机出口温度高保护动作等问题进行了RB控制改进。调整了RB的目标负荷,将煤量降到与35%负荷相对应的量,优化了RB时停运磨煤机的控制逻辑。试验表明,改进后的RB控制满足机组快速、稳定减负荷的要求。
Based on analysing the design of run back (RB)control for 2 × 600 MW units in the second -phase project of Huaneng Yimin Power Plant,directing against existing problems, such as overtemperature of the high -temperature flue gas entrained by the blower coal pulverizer to be used for drying,the limited capability of cold air to be used for adjusting outlet temperature of the coal pulverizer leading to activation of the protection for high outlet temperature from the coal pulverizer etc. , the improvement of RB control has been carried out. The target load of RB has been adjusted,the corresponding fuel amount being reduced to 35% ,the control logic during process of RB to stop the coal pulverizer being optimized. The test shows that the RB control after improvement can satisty the requirement of rapidly and stably decreasing load of the unit.
