摘要
基于一体化过程模型开发平台(IMMS),采用模块化的建模思路,开发了一套汽轮机转子在线性能监测系统。该系统利用火电厂已有的管理信息系统(MIS)采集机组运行数据,通过模型在线计算汽轮机转子的热应力、寿命损耗等安全性指标,并采用B/S模式实时显示监测结果。该系统已成功应用于某电厂600MW超临界汽轮机转子的在线监测,为机组安全运行提供了有效手段。
Based on integrated modular modeling system and the modularized creation model mind, an on-line monitoring system of turbine rotor is successfully developed. Acquisition of operating data is gathered by the power plant＇s existing management information system （MIS） , the thermal stress, life-loss and etc. can be calculated online. And the results can be real-time displayed in B/S mode. This system has been successfully applied to a certain 600 MW super-critical turbine, thus providing an effective tool for turbine safe operation.
