摘要
大型电站锅炉过热器和再热器等高温受热面工作条件比较恶劣,炉管失效直接影响锅炉的安全经济运行,炉管损伤主要由受热面超温引起。过热器再热器壁温在线监测技术,可以通过安装少量的炉外壁温测点,实时计算整个管组各部位的金属壁温。在壁温监测的基础上,根据经典的蠕变损伤L M公式,建立了炉管寿命在线监测模型,并开发了过热器再热器线寿命监测和管理系统,并将该系统应用于300MW电站锅炉,为电站锅炉的安全运行和状态检修工作的实施提供了有效的手段。
The high temperature heating surface such as the superheater and reheater of the large-size utility boiler all experience a relatively evere working condition.The failure of the boiler tubes will directly impact the safe and economic operation of the boilers.Tube damage is mainly caused by the exceeding of the limit temperature of the heating surface.The superheater and reheater on-line metal temperature monitoring technique used a limited number of metal temperature measuring points situated outside of the furnace to calculate every tube section metal temperature of the whole bundles in real time.Based on this technique an on-line life monitoring model of the heating surface was set up according to the well-known L-M formula of the creep damage and the heating surface on-line life monitoring and management system was developed for the 300 MW utility boiler.An effective device was thus suggested for the implementation of the safe operation and the condition based maintenance of the utility boilers.
