摘要
应用增广NCⅡ设计，对海岛棉9个品种（系）的F1代6个单铃产量性状进行了遗传分析．结果表明：单铃籽棉重、衣分的遗传符合加住—显性—上位性模型；籽指、衣指符合加住一上位性模性；衣指的非加性作用比加性作用更重要，单铃籽棉重、皮棉重、衣分、单铃籽粒数、籽指的遗传以加性方差为主；单铃籽粒数的显性作用可能较重要，而单铃单铃皮棉重的遗传比较复杂。
Six boll yield characters of sinle boll of F, from 9 varieties of Island cottonwere analysed by applying augmented NC Ⅱ design' The analysis indicated that: Theunginned cotton weight of single boll and the heredity of ginning outturn accorded with theaddictive - dominant - epistatic modell while seed index and ginning index tallied with theaddictive-and epistatic model. The non-addictive function of ginning index is much moresignificant than the addictive one. The heredity of unginned cotton weight of per boll, lintweight, ginning outturn, seed number of per boll and seed index were restricted mainly bythe addictive variance' The addictive effect of seed number of per boll may be more importantwhile the heredity of lint weight of per boll is comparatively complicate
