摘要
采用增广NCII交配设计,利用3年的试验结果,研究了杂交水稻再生力的遗传规律。结果表明,1996年和1999年不符合加性—显性模型,存在显性效应和上位性效应,显性性质主要表现为超显性,显性方向在1996年为减效基因显性,1999年为双向显性;2001年符合加性—显性模型,但同样存在显性效应和上位性效应,显性性质为双向的部分显性。说明再生力特性的基因效应随亲本的遗传背景不同而有所差异。
Heredity rule of hybrid rice ratooning ability were researched by using augmented NCⅡdesign in three years. The results are summary as follow: the heredity rule of ratooning ability in hybrid rice wasn’t accord with additive-dominant model in 1996 and 1999, but it showed dominant gene effect and epistatic gene effect, the dominant characters showed as ultra dominant mainly, and the dominant direction showed as reduce effect gene in 1996, but it was two-direction dominance in 1999. It accord with additive-dominant model in 2001, existing dominant effect and epistatic effect too, and dominant character was being part two-direction dominance. Hence, the above results showed that gene effect characteristic of ratooning ability were varied from parents with different genetic background.
