摘要 利用具有自固化性能的医用硫酸钙(CSH)与具有骨诱导性的生物活性玻璃(BGs)制备了新型的骨修复复合材料CSH/BGs。详细研究了CSH/BGs的力学性能和自固化性能。考察了CSH/BGs复合比例、BGs粒径、CSH长径比及固化液用量对CSH/BGs抗压强度及自固化性能的影响。结果表明:增加CSH/BGs中BGs的含量使CSH/BGs的抗压强度降低;BGs粒径对CSH/BGs力学性能影响显著;增加固化液用量能降低CSH/BGs的抗压强度,增长自固化时间。 Bone repairing composite materials(CSH/BGs) basing on medical calcium sulfate(CSH) with self-setting property and bioactive glass(BGs) with osteoconductive property were prepared. The effect of the mass ratios of CSH and BGs, the radius of BGs, the length-diameter ratio of CSH and the solidily liquid amount on the compressive tigated. The results showed that with the the composites is decreased. Higher ratio strength and self-setting properties of CSH/BGs were invesincrease of the content of BGs, the compressive strength of of liquid to powder increases the setting time and makes the compressive strength of CSH/BGs decreased.
