摘要
农业科技成果产业化是1个集人才、技术及其成果、设备、资金、信息、管理、制度和市场等诸多因素共同作用的过程,必须合理有效地综合与协调各种相关因素的作用,才能产生最佳的效果。作为一个系统,农业科技成果产业化需要在一定的运行机制的作用下,选择适当的模式,充分发挥各要素的功能,以维持持续高效的运转。运行机制可以分内在和外在机制,内外机制合理科学运用是我国农业科技成果产业化实现高效的能源动力。
The industrialization of agricultural science and technology achievements is a process which gets together talents, technique, achievement, equipment, fund, information, management, system, and market interact. The actions of correlate factors should be synthesized and coordinated reasonably and effectively to achieve optimal effects. As a system, the industrialization of agricultural science and technology achievements need selecting the proper mode and making full use of the function of factors by following some operation mechanism, to keep the efficient operation. Operation mechanism includes internal and external mechanism, whose reasonable and scientific operation is the motive force for the industrialization of agricultural science and technology achievements to realize efficiency in china.
