摘要
从农业科技成果及其转化进行了概述性介绍,对其与可持续农业发展之间的关系进行了研究,分析了我国目前农业科技成果转化中在科技投入、科研与成果转化环节、知识产权保护意识、科技成果推广队伍等方面存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了对策性的建议。
Agriculture development has been an utmost important issue in Chinese economic development. For 30 years of implementing reforming and open policy, Chinese agriculture has made a great - leap - forward development. However, there are many difficulties restricting agriculture, to develop better more quickly, therefore to accelerate the translation of agricultural scientific and technological advances into productive forces and to promote agriculture sustainable development are the orientation of agriculture development in the future. The paper summarizes the issue of agricultural scientific and technological results and its translation, and analyzes the relationship between the former and the agricultural sustainable development. The paper analyzes the difficulties in the five aspects of input, translation steps, protection consciousness of intellectual property rights, promotion human resource in the process of agricultural scientific and technological advances translation, in the end,it gives some advice on the difficulties.
