摘要
传统的专有测试孤岛在生产中产生浪费和延误,而测试设备供应商间的竞争又导致统一测试环境难以实现。本文针对不同的自动测试设备(automatic test equipment,ATE)生成测试数据存在不一致性,造成数据交互效率降低和成本无益浪费的情况,根据实际需要,进行文件转换,以达到在数据采集阶段进行格式统一的目的。
The traditional isolated island test has made wasting and delay in production, and the contest between different test equipment suppliers has made it impossible to realize a uniform test environment. According to the inconsistency of test data, the low efficiency of data exchange and cost waste resulted by different ATE （automatic test equipment）, and based on actual needs, this paper gives the method that converting files to the consistent format during the course of data collection.
