摘要
本文首先对我国软件产业发展现状进行分析，接着对我国软件从业人员结构、软件人才的需求趋势、软件人才的供给情况、软件人才的供需错位原因等进行研究，并通过调查统计分析，最后提出了我国软件人才教育培养应需要反思的几个问题以及大连的软件人才培养模式。
This text first analyses the developing state of our software industry, finds there are a lot of demand of the software talent. Then to the software talent, research the structure, The demand trend ,the supply and the disaccord causation of the demand and the supply .Finally offers some questions need to think and the software talent mode in Dalian.
